Maju Gigante might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matej Čaplovič. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maju Gigante ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Boca Gregorian Juniors's Sébastien Haller got a free kick in the 19th minute. Gelu Ungheanu hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Maju Gigante succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 30th playminute. After a rather tough play, Real Madryt's Juvenal Lobato got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Real Madryt's Matej Čaplovič proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Real Madryt from getting a goal against them. Real Madryt's Matej Čaplovič played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfried Westerhof in the 43rd minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Boca Gregorian Juniors's Wilfried Westerhof nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matej Čaplovič made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Matej Čaplovič tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Kim Olofsson notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Real Madryt's Matej Čaplovič. Matej Čaplovič was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 69 minutes into the match, Real Madryt's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfried Westerhof came free, but Matej Čaplovič reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Boca Gregorian Juniors fully deserved thier win.
