Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 庄寒谦 ran back to his position shaking his head. Caner Erkin hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. When 雷瑜凡 fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Asarum's protests and gave 雷瑜凡 a yellow card for diving instead. 43 minutes into the match, BÜYÜK ERZURUMSPOR's İhsan Sehriyar broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After the first half Asarum were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. İhsan Sehriyar was the one to do the kick off. If 龙文轩 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Asarum defense, Nazmi Kortan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Seppe Dobbeleir. The Asarum fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Seppe Dobbeleir should have stopped the shot. Gösta Lindqvist made in the 78th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by BÜYÜK ERZURUMSPOR's Yalçın Toktimur. 79 minutes into the game, Gösta Lindqvist threw the ball into play from the sideline. BÜYÜK ERZURUMSPOR's Yalçın Toktimur quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Asarum's Seppe Dobbeleir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caner Erkin in the 81st minute of play. Jan-Erik Bergqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, İhsan Sehriyar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Asarum's Seppe Dobbeleir didn't even have to move. İhsan Sehriyar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to BÜYÜK ERZURUMSPOR getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Baykal Özer hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Haegg got free with Arkadiusz Mala in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
