The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisc Ciocoiu was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Delta FS's goal looked a bit too open when Dragoş Coporan came free, but Gualter Roriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andaka Mula who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Iacob Povară when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Álvaro Vilaverde during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amedeo De Matteis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iacob Povară having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Álvaro Vilaverde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Francisc Ciocoiu got a free kick in the 63rd minute. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Iacob Povară proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save F.C CLUJ MEDICINA from getting a goal against them. Iacob Povară showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Odin in the 71st minute of the match. Gualter Roriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisc Ciocoiu in the 75th minute of play. In the 84th minute Francisc Ciocoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualter Roriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Odin struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Iacob Povară didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Delta FS. In the 90thth minute of the game Amedeo De Matteis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Iacob Povară was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Marcus Odin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Delta FS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
