In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grandi Lupi's goalkeeper Alfonz Kállai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeromos Peterdy charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Epifanio Txomin made a kick off. Charly Alberti might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cornelio Cordearo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Charly Alberti ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Grandi Lupi getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Charly Alberti hit a great ball. In the 55th minute of the match Grandi Lupi got a corner. Racing Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Patryk Huchro ran over to the corner to take the kick. 57 minutes into the match, Racing Club's Epifanio Txomin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfonz Kállai narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charly Alberti in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornelio Cordearo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Charly Alberti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 63rd minute Miroslaw Jajecznica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonz Kállai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charly Alberti got free with Cornelio Cordearo in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Racing Club made a substitution. Dario Opilano replaced Epifanio Txomin. Grandi Lupi's Louis-Philippe Damman was substituted for Patryk Huchro. Racing Club made a substitution. In the 86th minute Homer Field shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonz Kállai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonz Kállai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Opilano in the 89th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Grandi Lupi players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Racing Club.
