The referee ignored Diamante Negro DK - VV's protests and gave Hugo Zonta a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Rogelio Lynch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Internazionale-RS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The Internazionale-RS fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Internazionale-RS's Rogelio Lynch looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Internazionale-RS had won after a very even match.
