RÖK were furious when Anselmo Mandrak was red carded, 14 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. When the match had been going on for 15 minutes, Bergamim F.C.'s Tassos Koutsoubos got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Aybars Cihannur. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Errapel in the 17th minute of play forced Bergamim F.C.'s goalkeeper Didi de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lando Guazo in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aybars Cihannur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredinho Veloso in the 25th minute of play forced Bergamim F.C.'s goalkeeper Didi de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bergamim F.C.'s Didi de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Errapel in the 29th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in RÖK's zone, Claudinei Peixoto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aybars Cihannur came out of the goal and Claudinei Peixoto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 32 minutes into the match, Bergamim F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Silvano Errapel came free, but Didi de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Didi de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Errapel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinei Peixoto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aybars Cihannur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of RÖK booed when Bergamim F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Heidemann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Didi de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pejman Zahedi in the 38th minute of play. Didi de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredinho Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Bergamim F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Silvano Errapel came free, but Didi de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Didi de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Errapel in the 61st minute of the match. Aybars Cihannur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lando Guazo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Lando Guazo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of RÖK's Aybars Cihannur. Aybars Cihannur was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. RÖK made a substitution. Tjark Heerdt replaced Alfredinho Veloso. Bergamim F.C.'s attentive Tadeu Esteves managed to snatch the ball when Pejman Zahedi made a throw-in in the 69th minute of the game. In the 73rd minute Tjark Heerdt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Didi de Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Tjark Heerdt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Didi de Moraes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Tjark Heerdt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Tjark Heerdt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Didi de Moraes. That made the score 2-2 in the 80 minute of play. In the 87th minute, Bergamim F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after 武强弘 fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 92nd match minute, RÖK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarrett Hogan to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in RÖK's zone, Claudinei Peixoto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aybars Cihannur came out of the goal and Claudinei Peixoto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bergamim F.C.'s Didi de Moraes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Bergamim F.C. from getting a goal against them. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.

All the players looked a little tired when it was time for the first half of the overtime. It was Bergamim F.C.'s Claudinei Peixoto that got to make the kick off. 102 minutes into the match, RÖK's Tjark Heerdt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Didi de Moraes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Humberto Mandrak kicked well hit freekick during the 104th minute of the match. In the 106th minute, Tassos Koutsoubos fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. RÖK's Olavo Palmeira managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tadeu Esteves in the 108 minute of the game. 113 minutes into the game, Tadeu Esteves threw the ball into play from the sideline. RÖK's Marcinho Brasil quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When the referee signaled the end of the first half of extra-time the score was 2-2. The players had a chance to rest for a moment before the second half.

A throw-in in the 122nd minute of the game was made by Tadeu Esteves with Leonidas Alejo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leo Chuse during the 125th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bergamim F.C.'s Marcel de Godoi was substituted for Claudinei Peixoto. The supporters of Bergamim F.C. booed when RÖK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 127 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Chuse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bergamim F.C. were awarded a corner in the 134th minute after RÖK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tassos Koutsoubos took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Tassos Koutsoubos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aybars Cihannur quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

In the 137th minute, the referee gave RÖK a penalty. Tjark Heerdt looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Didi de Moraes. Bergamim F.C.:s Aybars Cihannur showed great skill when he stopped Leo Chuse:s penalty. In the 143rd minute there was a penalty for RÖK. Pejman Zahedi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Didi de Moraes. 4-4. RÖK:s Aybars Cihannur showed great skill when he stopped José Augusto Rosa:s penalty. Aybars Cihannur had in the 147thth minute some difficulties stopping José Heidemann's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 147 played minutes José Heidemann shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for RÖK's Aybars Cihannur to catch but José Heidemann was lucky. It became 5-4 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Bergamim F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
