The wind increased when Vicente Quintal made the kick off in the second half. The Best Ones's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience was convinced that Vicente Quintal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Glauco Cearense was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 54th minute, Rodolfo Barbosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vicente Quintal got free with Glauco Cearense in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Remus Iorda took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juarês Fantini. With his leg Glauco Cearense managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when The Best Ones's Vicente Quintal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 79th minute Rodolfo Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juarês Fantini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Quintal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Glauco Cearense skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
