The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Petr Čech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fotyo Tuliyski in the 6th minute of play. Iker Hidalgo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ma Kuan Yun in the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ma Kuan Yun in the 13th minute of play forced Velho Barreiro FC's goalkeeper Iker Hidalgo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Batalhão do Peçanha's Petr Čech got control of the ball when Leonardo Gaúcho tried to sneak it across the goal line. 白浩南 hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Iker Hidalgo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ma Kuan Yun in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute Fotyo Tuliyski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Batalhão do Peçanha's Petr Čech got control of the ball when Leonardo Gaúcho tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 27 minutes Batalhão do Peçanha's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Michel Siqueira who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Velho Barreiro FC's Michel Siqueira to fire away a dangerous shot which Petr Čech despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stelios Ciobica got free with Petr Čech in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes into the match, Batalhão do Peçanha's goal looked a bit too open when Fotyo Tuliyski came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Leonardo Gaúcho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Petr Čech was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 40 minutes into the match, Velho Barreiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ma Kuan Yun came free, but Iker Hidalgo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Mauro Inocente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 played minutes Velho Barreiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Naldo Guerra. 白浩南 kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonardo Gaúcho made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Gaúcho in the 54th minute of play forced Batalhão do Peçanha's goalkeeper Petr Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Ma Kuan Yun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iker Hidalgo. Velho Barreiro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ma Kuan Yun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Ma Kuan Yun took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Hidalgo. Iker Hidalgo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Ma Kuan Yun struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Iker Hidalgo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Batalhão do Peçanha. Carter Leggeri hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Fotyo Tuliyski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petr Čech was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After 86 minutes of play, Batalhão do Peçanha's Ma Kuan Yun made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iker Hidalgo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Ma Kuan Yun sped through Velho Barreiro FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iker Hidalgo.

Batalhão do Peçanha's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
