If Ye Chuan Chen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rdth minute of the game Anıl Cenk Tanacan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KOCAELİSPOR's Şemsettin Tuyuğ was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 24th minute Black Cloud FC were awarded a corner. Sven-Ove Björkqvist went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Sven-Ove Björkqvist almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KOCAELİSPOR's Şemsettin Tuyuğ did a great save. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by KOCAELİSPOR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tolga Kural showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mbaka Mbolu in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 37th minute Sven-Ove Björkqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şemsettin Tuyuğ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Black Cloud FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Tolga Kural showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mbaka Mbolu in the 88th minute of the match. KOCAELİSPOR's Mbaka Mbolu got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Şemsettin Tuyuğ made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Stefan Motyl sent off a good shot on target.
