In the 15th minute Afonso da Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afiz Teo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgiawan Laturua blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afiz Teo having to make a save. Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso da Cunha in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Afonso da Cunha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Afiz Teo. Redbourn AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso da Cunha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Afonso da Cunha might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afiz Teo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Afonso da Cunha ran back to his position shaking his head. Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso da Cunha in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Redbourn AFC's Ron Boon got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute, Afonso da Cunha made a precise shot to the right of Afiz Teo. Redbourn AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. In the 42nd minute Afonso da Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afiz Teo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Redbourn AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Xande Campbell took the corner. 46 minutes into the match, Afonso da Cunha notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo. Afiz Teo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ryan Tan made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Afonso da Cunha recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Afiz Teo. Afonso da Cunha showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso da Cunha in the 56th minute of play forced Redbourn AFC's goalkeeper Afiz Teo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Wlodzimierz Swoboda was substituted for David Brás. In the 58th minute of the match CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ got a corner. Redbourn AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Xande Campbell ran over to the corner to take the kick. Afiz Teo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso da Cunha in the 65th minute of the match. Afonso da Cunha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afiz Teo having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Redbourn AFC's zone, Afonso da Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afiz Teo came out of the goal and Afonso da Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein was substituted for Emanuele Bertoni. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Zhou Wei Fan was substituted for Virgiawan Laturua. Afiz Teo was a little too slow when Humberto Vidal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-7. Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein succeeded in the game's 78th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-8. 84 minutes into the match, Redbourn AFC's goalkeeper Afiz Teo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonso da Cunha. In the 84th minute, Fariz Swee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. 91 minutes into the match, Afonso da Cunha dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Afiz Teo, 0-10.
