Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) Quentin Charuel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Wit Bronkala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Cyrille Beurier, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Danny Pasquier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Walkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of U21 France booed when U21 Poland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachary Zerde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rachid Borgès took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wit Bronkala. Wit Bronkala dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 32nd minute, one of U21 France:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for U21 France. U21 France:s Danny Pasquier showed great skill when he stopped Alfred Mentis:s penalty. In the 39th minute of the match, Adam Walkowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Danny Pasquier saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Jean-Cyrille Beurier fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored U21 France's protests and gave Jean-Cyrille Beurier a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to U21 France getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Jean-Cyrille Beurier hit a great ball. With a little luck, U21 France's Danny Pasquier got control of the ball when Zachary Zerde tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 47th match minute, U21 France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominique Gernigon to maneuver through the defense. U21 Poland made a substitution. Bernard Trochowski replaced Zachary Zerde. U21 Poland's Kasino Grositskiy was substituted for Gustaw Jazwiec. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
After a rather tough play, U21 Poland's Bernard Trochowski got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Rachid Borgès sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dominique Gernigon hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Adam Walkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Danny Pasquier was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. The supporters of U21 Poland booed when U21 France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Montaigne didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Walkowski in the 67th minute of play forced U21 France's goalkeeper Danny Pasquier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danny Pasquier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Trochowski in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Adam Walkowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, U21 France's goal looked a bit too open when Bernard Trochowski came free, but Danny Pasquier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Bernard Trochowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Danny Pasquier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 78th minute, U21 France's Quentin Charuel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Wit Bronkala made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Rachid Borgès sent off a good shot on target. Adam Walkowski scored 3-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danny Pasquier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 94 minutes into the match, U21 France's Rachid Borgès sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wit Bronkala narrowly saved just below the crossbar. U21 Poland were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of U21 France for a fine match.
