Tim Weller made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Tim Weller had in the 29thth minute some difficulties stopping Wouter Gijselinckx's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience was convinced that Wouter Gijselinckx's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tim Weller was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 34 minutes into the match, Kristen Spoelberghe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tim Weller. When the match was over KFC Welden could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Autoservice throughout the match.
