An unexpectedly hard shot by Wouter Gijselinckx in the 47th minute of play forced FC Autoservice's goalkeeper Tim Weller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half KFC Welden were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jan-Simon Musseeuw hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Fabian Brytan sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and KFC Welden's Gillis Degens didn't even have to move. Tim Weller made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Wouter Gijselinckx sent off a good shot on target. Wouter Gijselinckx came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tim Weller could save by the left post. Gillis Degens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavel Ivashin, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Wouter Gijselinckx took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tim Weller. Tim Weller dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Frederik Van Beringhen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tim Weller. FC Autoservice's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gillis Degens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Mamatov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Autoservice's Tim Weller proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save FC Autoservice from getting a goal against them. KFC Welden's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
