With an all-out effort, FRANK's Markus Fågel threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ola Børseth, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Markus Fågel made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Roald Engebakken sent off a good shot on target. Markus Fågel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ola Børseth in the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, FRANK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Håvard Levang to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the game, Polly Magoo Juniors's Isak Stålman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugo Moraes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Isak Stålman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. After the first half Polly Magoo Juniors were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
