Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nereo Buinton started the match with the kick off. Marcial Casado charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcial Casado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Terrebonne booed when Monasterio AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Casado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Monasterio AFC's Dario Lop proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Monasterio AFC from getting a goal against them. Antonio Olayo might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jere Walton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Olayo ran back to his position shaking his head. Clodoveo Satordi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Javier Devine charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Javier Devine the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Terrebonne getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Javier Devine hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Nereo Buinton notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Terrebonne's Jere Walton. Jere Walton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 17 minutes into the match, Marcial Casado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jere Walton. Terrebonne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcial Casado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 19th match minute, Terrebonne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Devine to maneuver through the defense. Jere Walton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Abadia, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 23 played minutes Monasterio AFC got a freekick which was hit by Marcial Casado. Gaston Abadia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Monasterio AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Nicanor Inge hit a great ball. Dario Lop was a little too slow when Amédée Guinn got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 35thth minute of the game Nereo Buinton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Terrebonne's Jere Walton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jere Walton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nereo Buinton's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. If Antonio Olayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Olayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Jere Walton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Nereo Buinton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jere Walton was relentless in the 45th minute of the game.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amédée Guinn to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amédée Guinn in the 50th minute of play forced Monasterio AFC's goalkeeper Dario Lop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Monasterio AFC's Dario Lop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cruz Koehler in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Monasterio AFC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Nicanor Inge hit a great ball. In the 60th minute of the match Aristide Moody shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dario Lop showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jere Walton came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Monasterio AFC's Clodoveo Satordi. But to his dismay, Clodoveo Satordi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Antonio Olayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jere Walton having to interfere. Gaston Dantae's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jere Walton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Terrebonne's Régis Holmes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dario Lop made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Monasterio AFC's Antonio Olayo got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Monasterio AFC's Gaston Dantae got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 82 played minutes, Terrebonne's Aristide Moody shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dario Lop came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Terrebonne reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Terrebonne's zone, Nereo Buinton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jere Walton came out of the goal and Nereo Buinton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Terrebonne's Jere Walton got control of the ball when Nereo Buinton tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nereo Buinton got free with Jere Walton in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 92 minutes, Gaston Abadia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monasterio AFC and the Terrebonne players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Monasterio AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Abadia to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Nicanor Inge in the 96th minute really tested Jere Walton's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the match was over Monasterio AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Terrebonne throughout the match.
