In the 5th minute, Dursun Ali Kornes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jere Walton. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 9th minute Régis Holmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Vedat Ağçelik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 minutes, Amédée Guinn made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Kars FK's Ali Vedat Ağçelik tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ali Vedat Ağçelik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Régis Holmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Dursun Ali Kornes had several of the Terrebonne's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 22 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Jere Walton as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 35th minute, Kars FK's Andaç Okseven ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jere Walton. Jere Walton yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. The supporters of Kars FK booed when Terrebonne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cruz Koehler didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th match minute, Kars FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Cumhur Mücip to maneuver through the defense. Ali Vedat Ağçelik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Régis Holmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Dursun Ali Kornes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jere Walton was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Ali Vedat Ağçelik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amédée Guinn in the 54th minute of play. After 55 minutes of play, Kars FK's Dursun Ali Kornes made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jere Walton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Andaç Okseven recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Dursun Ali Kornes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jere Walton. Terrebonne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dursun Ali Kornes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Régis Holmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ali Vedat Ağçelik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Dursun Ali Kornes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kars FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. Mustafa Cumhur Mücip kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes Amédée Guinn rounded Kars FK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 7-2. Kars FK's Mustafa Cumhur Mücip got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Mustafa Cumhur Mücip off the ground. If Dursun Ali Kornes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Régis Holmes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Terrebonne's supporters rose to their feet, but Régis Holmes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Vedat Ağçelik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
