Daniel Piţurcă didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bebur Bitsadze went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 7 minutes, Bebur Bitsadze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bebur Bitsadze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gocha Kobiashvili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bebur Bitsadze in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Piţurcă saved Seminar CS from getting behind. 17 minutes into the game, Djvebe Levidze cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Daniel Piţurcă was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Seminar CS's Daniel Piţurcă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bebur Bitsadze in the 20th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remus Mălin during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Remus Mălin hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Golden Boys's Taka Londaridze got control of the ball when Felix Morozan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bebur Bitsadze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Daniel Piţurcă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bebur Bitsadze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Piţurcă having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Iosif Gorjanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Golden Boys booed when Seminar CS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Codruț Găman didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ionuț Stelea fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seminar CS's protests and gave Ionuț Stelea a yellow card for diving instead. Ionuț Stelea kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After 45 minutes of play, Golden Boys's Bebur Bitsadze made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Piţurcă was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Costin Tomoiu was the one to do the kick off. Teimuraz Neparidze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teimuraz Neparidze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute Codruț Găman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taka Londaridze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidiu Cimpoieru hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Bebur Bitsadze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 68th match minute, Seminar CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iosif Gorjanu to maneuver through the defense. When Bebur Bitsadze came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Golden Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bebur Bitsadze couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Bebur Bitsadze kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Daniel Piţurcă. That made the score 0-5 in the 73 minute of play. In the 79th minute, Teimuraz Neparidze fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Daniel Piţurcă, passed just outside the right post. The audience was convinced that Bebur Bitsadze's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Piţurcă was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Daniel Piţurcă stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bebur Bitsadze's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Golden Boys's Bebur Bitsadze slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Daniel Piţurcă. That made the score 0-6 after 85 minutes of play. 88 minutes in the game, Bebur Bitsadze fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Daniel Piţurcă having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Seminar CS's zone, Teimuraz Neparidze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Piţurcă came out of the goal and Teimuraz Neparidze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Golden Boys's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
