In the last second Matthias Mattsson throw himself and got hold of the ball when Baran Güler in the 26thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Pazar's Bahattin Çoğan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Matthias Mattsson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Vegby's Matthias Mattsson got control of the ball when Yunus Toköz tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Allan Myhr fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vegby's protests and gave Allan Myhr a yellow card for diving instead. 1-1 came in the 31st minute when Bahattin Çoğan all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Matthias Mattsson. Vegby's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Baran Güler scored to the left of an out of position Matthias Mattsson, making the score, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sivert Berglund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Vegby's Jarl Ambjörnsson got a free kick in the 54th minute. Vegby's Matthias Mattsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bahattin Çoğan in the 57th minute of play. Bo Källberg hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The supporters of Pazar booed when Vegby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position.
