Filip Toacsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Candido Marino might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filip Toacsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Candido Marino ran back to his position shaking his head. Samborombón AFC's Justino Vidal got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Justino Vidal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Filip Toacsen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 21st minute Valer Jucan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Goizeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samborombón AFC's Justino Vidal got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Candido Marino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filip Toacsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Samborombón AFC's zone, Augustin Adomniței stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Goizeder came out of the goal and Augustin Adomniței tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samborombón AFC's Justino Vidal got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Gladiatorii defense, Candido Marino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filip Toacsen. The Gladiatorii fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filip Toacsen should have stopped the shot. Samborombón AFC's Candido Marino was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 40th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Justino Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Filip Toacsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valer Jucan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Candido Marino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filip Toacsen. Gladiatorii's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Candido Marino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justino Vidal in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filip Toacsen saved Gladiatorii from getting behind. Salvador Pes might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filip Toacsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salvador Pes ran back to his position shaking his head. Samborombón AFC's Salvador Pes got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filip Toacsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Vidal in the 69th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Gladiatorii's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Marino came free, but Filip Toacsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Candido Marino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filip Toacsen was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Candido Marino might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filip Toacsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Candido Marino ran back to his position shaking his head. 76 minutes into the game, Stelian Novac was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gladiatorii's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samborombón AFC the free kick. Filip Toacsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Vidal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute Candido Marino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Toacsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Candido Marino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filip Toacsen was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Justino Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samborombón AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
