Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Anier Sazon got the match started through his kick off. The Marlin FC fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Marlin FC's Anier Sazon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Marlin FC booed when La Gallardeta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Illan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaime Nafarroa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Sazon in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marlin FC's goalkeeper Timoteo Evis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Eliseo Illan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anier Sazon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Marlin FC booed when La Gallardeta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Matteo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Aldo Crispo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Gallardeta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marlin FC the free kick. After 43 played minutes La Gallardeta got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Crispo. Carmelo Jeraldo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Marlin FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Eliseo Illan made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Marlin FC's Jeremias Cucao got a free kick in the 50th minute. In the 52nd match minute, Marlin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Cucao to maneuver through the defense. After 54 played minutes Marlin FC got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Kinsen. The supporters of Marlin FC booed when La Gallardeta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Egoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Crispo in the 63rd minute of play forced Marlin FC's goalkeeper Timoteo Evis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaudencio Eron kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After 72 minutes of play, La Gallardeta's Eliseo Illan made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Timoteo Evis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Everardo Tomi hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Marcos Madeo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Timoteo Evis skillfully saved the ball. Timoteo Evis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Illan, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Anier Sazon struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Jaime Nafarroa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marlin FC. Timoteo Evis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Illan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
