The MORPH fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when MORPH's Marcelo Estebano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hilario Constancio's late challenge caught a Simbo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hilario Constancio helped the player get up and apologised. Hilario Constancio hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredo Madeo in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severiano Bonifaco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Simbo FC's Severiano Bonifaco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Estebano in the 22nd minute of play. Marco Lixandro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gervasio Matei in the 24th minute. In the 34th minute Alfredo Madeo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severiano Bonifaco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elpidio Viviano lost his temper 39 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Simbo FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MORPH:s goal. The referee gave MORPH a penalty, 41 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mauro Tomi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Simbo FC's Severiano Bonifaco. 0-2. Severiano Bonifaco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Madeo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MORPH's Hilario Constancio got his second yellow card of the match in the 47th minute. The referee ordered Hilario Constancio off the ground. After 48 played minutes MORPH got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Constancio. After the first half MORPH were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafael Jaunti made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Joachim in the 55th minute of play forced MORPH's goalkeeper Marco Lixandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MORPH's Marco Lixandro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Pitin in the 60th minute of play. Rafael Jaunti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Simbo FC made a substitution. Erasmo Nataniel replaced Ildefonso Formerio. Simbo FC's Ramiro Kimetz was substituted for Rafael Jaunti. MORPH's Marco Lixandro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Kimetz in the 69th minute of play. After 69 played minutes MORPH got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Estebano. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isaac Hanot during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Isaac Hanot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denis Pitin hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Isaac Hanot kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. MORPH's Antonio Gartzea got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ermegildo Eneas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Lixandro having to make a save. With a little luck, Simbo FC's Severiano Bonifaco got control of the ball when Antonio Gartzea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cipriano Joachim hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Simbo FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MORPH's performance. The match ended with a win for MORPH.
