When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Alfredo Madeo sped through Marlin FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Timoteo Evis. 15 minutes into the game, one of MORPH:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Marco Lixandro had in the 18thth minute some difficulties stopping Prudencio Chuse's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. MORPH's Marco Lixandro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Chuse in the 22nd minute of play. In the 27th minute, Antonio Gartzea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Timoteo Evis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 31st minute, Moises Salvator made a precise shot to the right of Timoteo Evis. Marlin FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 35 minutes into the game, MORPH's Alfredo Madeo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timoteo Evis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 40 minutes into the match, MORPH's goalkeeper Marco Lixandro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roberto Teyo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Chuse in the 43rd minute of play forced MORPH's goalkeeper Marco Lixandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half MORPH were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anier Sazon was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Marlin FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Cosme Erramun hit a great ball. Antonio Gartzea succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 56th playminute. MORPH made a substitution. Robustiano Hegoi replaced Moises Salvator. After 63 played minutes Marlin FC got a freekick which was hit by Anier Sazon. In the 64th minute, Alfredo Madeo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MORPH's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
