Filiberto Iratzeder made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Eloy Ireno sent off a good shot on target. Cayetano Thomas hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Pablo Meder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Filiberto Iratzeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filiberto Iratzeder made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Eloy Ireno sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute, C.A.M.P's Pablo Meder dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Ireno in the 21st minute of play forced Los Gallos's goalkeeper Filiberto Iratzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidoro Txindoki hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Cornelio Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Osoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eloy Ireno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Iratzeder having to interfere. Albano Sanduru hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Ildefonso Estebano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Iratzeder having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Fernando Osoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes, Albano Sanduru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Gallos and the C.A.M.P players grew even worse after the yellow card. Victoriano Playo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After 39 played minutes C.A.M.P got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Piearres. Cornelio Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Neron, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. With a little luck, Los Gallos's Filiberto Iratzeder got control of the ball when Ildefonso Estebano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ildefonso Estebano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Filiberto Iratzeder made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ildefonso Estebano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Eloy Ireno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Iratzeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ildefonso Estebano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute, Eloy Ireno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.A.M.P's Edgardo Evangelista was substituted for Cayetano Thomas. C.A.M.P's Pablo Ubelteso was substituted for Celestino Ganix. The supporters of Los Gallos booed when C.A.M.P was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eloy Ireno didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 69 minutes of play C.A.M.P's Ambrosio Piearres was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Albano Sanduru was shown his second yellow card after 71 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 72 played minutes Los Gallos got a freekick which was hit by Albano Sanduru. After 76 minutes, Victoriano Playo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A.M.P and the Los Gallos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 76th minute, Victoriano Playo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Cornelio Garcia managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Los Gallos's Primitivo Chago fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 79th match minute, Los Gallos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Corderun to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute of the match Eloy Ireno shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Filiberto Iratzeder showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 83 played minutes C.A.M.P got a freekick which was hit by Eloy Ireno. After 86 played minutes C.A.M.P got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Madaleno. Edgardo Evangelista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Iratzeder having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the C.A.M.P players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
