Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Naboonga OFF's Florencio Romildo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Baldomero Ibon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ringo Bonavena in the 3rd minute of the match. Ringo Bonavena succeeded in the game's 8th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Sportivo Luan Toro's Joaquin Mingo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Luan Toro from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Ringo Bonavena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Luan Toro's supporters rose to their feet, but Ringo Bonavena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomero Ibon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th minute, Ringo Bonavena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baldomero Ibon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 22 minutes into the match, Ringo Bonavena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baldomero Ibon. Naboonga OFF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ringo Bonavena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ringo Bonavena in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomero Ibon saved Naboonga OFF from getting behind. Lino Gerazan might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Baldomero Ibon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lino Gerazan ran back to his position shaking his head. Joaquin Mingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Joaquin Mingo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Figueroa in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to Sportivo Luan Toro getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Prudencio Polentzi hit a great ball. The Sportivo Luan Toro fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Sportivo Luan Toro's Ringo Bonavena looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. During the 47th minute of the match Prudencio Polentzi completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Prudencio Polentzi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Sportivo Luan Toro getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Prudencio Polentzi hit a great ball. After the first half Sportivo Luan Toro were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ringo Bonavena made a kick off. If Ringo Bonavena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Ringo Bonavena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Naboonga OFF's zone, Walter Fernández stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomero Ibon came out of the goal and Walter Fernández tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ricardo Figueroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Mingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Romildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sportivo Luan Toro's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Americo Macias was slow to take the kick. During this time Naboonga OFF's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Sportivo Luan Toro's goalie and right to Jonatan Gonzales. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Sportivo Luan Toro's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Joaquin Mingo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Figueroa in the 74th minute of play. Eleuterio Arlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sportivo Luan Toro made a substitution. Joel Rumaldo replaced Lino Gerazan. Eleuterio Arlo charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleuterio Arlo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 played minutes Sportivo Luan Toro got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Arlo. In the 87th minute of the match, Walter Fernández got a very nice opportunity to score, but Baldomero Ibon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Walter Fernández received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Baldomero Ibon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
