The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jacinto Arlo took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enzo Ostadar. Enzo Ostadar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Aquiles Froila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the game, Jacinto Arlo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Enzo Ostadar. Jacinto Arlo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Carlos-Mario Monclús charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos-Mario Monclús the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Carlos-Mario Monclús hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match Jacinto Arlo climbed in front of goal and pressed up 3-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Enzo Ostadar. Fabricio Jacindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Ostadar having to interfere. Gervasio Oton might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enzo Ostadar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gervasio Oton ran back to his position shaking his head. Jacinto Arlo had several of the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 32 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Enzo Ostadar as he didn't even see the shot coming. Feliciano Frederik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Gaizko in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to Dolar Blue Ψ getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Vladimiro Rolado hit a great ball. Albino Froylan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Feliciano Frederik. Dolar Blue Ψ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

A collision led to ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Agustin Jerico hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the game, Jacinto Arlo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Enzo Ostadar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Enzo Ostadar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Rolado in the 62nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA defense, Jacinto Arlo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enzo Ostadar. The ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enzo Ostadar should have stopped the shot. After having played for 67 minutes, Benedicto Ricart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedicto Ricart was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabricio Jacindo in the 71st minute of play forced ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Enzo Ostadar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Jacinto Arlo sped through ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enzo Ostadar. 75 minutes into the game, one of ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Dolar Blue Ψ a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Niceto Columbo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Enzo Ostadar. 8-0. In the 80th minute, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Albino Froylan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-1. Aquiles Petrigai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Ostadar having to interfere. Albino Froylan might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Feliciano Frederik. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albino Froylan ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Jacinto Arlo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dolar Blue Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Arlo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enzo Ostadar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute, Gervasio Oton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Niceto Columbo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dolar Blue Ψ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA the free kick. Niceto Columbo kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Dolar Blue Ψ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
