Mick Burnham was a little too slow when Phil Panther got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 2-0. The supporters of Barr Point booed when Bristol Totterdown AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quentin Booth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sammy Faulkner hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Drew Flemming had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Bristol Totterdown AFC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Keanu Harrington hit a great ball. Mick Burnham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zak Walls in the 42nd minute of the match. Mick Burnham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Phil Panther in the 43rd minute. Mick Burnham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phil Panther in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Drew Flemming was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rory Weatherhead in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mick Burnham prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Barr Point getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Zak Walls hit a great ball. Billy Metcalf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Drew Flemming, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Rory Weatherhead cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Mick Burnham was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
