Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Russell Dunning made the kick off which started today's match. Shane Brindley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from James Tuck, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. A collision led to Garlic Eaters getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Cliff Gurney hit a great ball. James Tuck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shane Brindley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Gez Barber kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Shane Brindley. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, James Tuck took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Shane Brindley to make any attempt to save it. In the 16th minute, Juventus Telford's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ronny Hurren fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ronny Hurren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Shane Brindley made a huge save. A collision led to Garlic Eaters getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Shane Barratt hit a great ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Garlic Eaters fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Tris Hurst in the 42nd minute of play forced Garlic Eaters's goalkeeper Gul Keep to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Garlic Eaters getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Charlie Silk hit a great ball. In the 45th minute Russell Dunning shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gul Keep saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gul Keep showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tris Hurst in the 49th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The wind increased when Gez Barber made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Russell Dunning got free with Gul Keep in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barney Garner in the 57th minute of play forced Garlic Eaters's goalkeeper Gul Keep to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jake Coton hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 62nd match minute, Garlic Eaters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shane Barratt to maneuver through the defense. Garlic Eaters's Gul Keep played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tris Hurst in the 67th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Russell Dunning could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Gul Keep however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of Juventus Telford booed when Garlic Eaters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shane Barratt didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Juventus Telford's goal looked a bit too open when Gez Barber came free, but Shane Brindley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shane Brindley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gez Barber's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute Gez Barber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shane Brindley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Gez Barber cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Shane Brindley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 91 minutes into the match, Juventus Telford's goal looked a bit too open when Gez Barber came free, but Shane Brindley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronny Hurren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tris Hurst in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gul Keep prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Tris Hurst sped through Garlic Eaters's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gul Keep. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
