Spectators: 169 (Terracing: 127, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Ian Coe started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Dorking United FC's Pete Pope dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If Darius Dimmock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Crystal Phallus's Vince Bannatyne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pete Pope in the 13th minute of play. Trevor Burns made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfie Heath in the 18th minute of play. Trevor Burns didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Noel Bush went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 25th minute, Ben Whittingham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pete Pope's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vince Bannatyne firmly grabbed it by the left post. Trevor Burns showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ian Coe in the 37th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Dorking United FC's Darius Dimmock slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vince Bannatyne. That made the score 2-1 after 41 minutes of play. Dorking United FC's Trevor Burns played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reg Hampton in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pete Pope made a kick off. Reg Hampton hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Vince Bannatyne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darius Dimmock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ian Coe struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Trevor Burns didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crystal Phallus. In the 66th minute, Kyle Payne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Trevor Burns acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 66th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Alfie Heath. Vince Bannatyne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pete Pope, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Froilan Ignado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Dorking United FC's Russ Murray tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ben Whittingham kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Crystal Phallus's goal looked a bit too open when Ralph Lumb came free, but Vince Bannatyne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Alfie Heath hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 86 minutes, Mike Jefferies managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dorking United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mike Jefferies was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Crystal Phallus's goal looked a bit too open when Mike Jefferies came free, but Vince Bannatyne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
