Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Argyris Kapsalakis to make the kick off. Cyprus Eagles AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fanis Roppas in the 52nd minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Paris Psichogios heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After having played for 61 minutes, Leonidas Tseberlidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MELATES F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonidas Tseberlidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonidas Tseberlidis scored 5-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Theodosis Tassioglou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 86 minutes of play, MELATES F.C.'s Nafiz Hafızoğlu made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Theodosis Tassioglou was left in no man's land by his defense there! Theodosis Tassioglou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonidas Tseberlidis in the 92nd minute of the match. Petros Alexopoulos hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match.
