In the 3rd minute of the match Andrei Măgură shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kostas Periandros showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kostas Briakos in the 5th minute of play forced Pagos FC's goalkeeper Kostas Periandros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kostas Periandros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michalis Sardelas, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Kostas Periandros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kostas Briakos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 played minutes Pagos FC got a freekick which was hit by Spyros Kyrimlis. 23 minutes into the game, Paris Latousakis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Savas Kokkinos. Paris Latousakis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Savas Kokkinos made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Vaggelis Giannakidis sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th minute Nikos Micheloudakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Savas Kokkinos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute of the match Andrei Măgură shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kostas Periandros showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kostas Periandros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michalis Sardelas went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Thodoris Georgas kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Vaggelis Giannakidis made the kick off in the second half. Savas Kokkinos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikos Micheloudakis in the 54th minute of play. Pagos FC's Kostas Periandros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Pagos FC from getting a goal against them. After 61 minutes, Paris Latousakis made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. INTER's Savas Kokkinos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kostas Periandros was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Michalis Sardelas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Michalis Sardelas really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Vaggelis Giannakidis scored 3-3 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Savas Kokkinos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 73 minutes of play, INTER's Michalis Sardelas made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kostas Periandros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pagos FC's Kostas Periandros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Măgură in the 77th minute of play. With a little luck, Pagos FC's Kostas Periandros got control of the ball when Michalis Sardelas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andrei Măgură during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. INTER's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
