But to his dismay, Odysseas Terzis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 17th minute, Kostas Mitseas made a precise shot to the right of Loukas Kois. Kerkyra FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vassilis Mavreas in the 23rd minute of play forced Green Horses's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Rawa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loukas Kois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vaios Petridis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vaios Petridis took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Loukas Kois. In the 30th minute Chan Clet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loukas Kois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loukas Kois stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chan Clet's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. A collision led to Kerkyra FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Takis Kanavidis hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Vaios Petridis made a precise shot to the right of Loukas Kois. Kerkyra FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Loukas Kois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaggelos Keratakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wlodzimierz Rawa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vassilis Mavreas in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vassilis Katsourinis made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Kerkyra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chan Clet came free, but Loukas Kois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Loukas Kois came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Green Horses's Chan Clet. But to his dismay, Chan Clet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8.
