INTERISTAS were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after AFC Ajax's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marios Amanatidis took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Marios Kakoglou managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 7th minute, Andreas Daskalakis made a precise shot to the right of Petros Moustogiannis. INTERISTAS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 9 played minutes INTERISTAS got a freekick which was hit by Omiros Gaitanis. Petros Moustogiannis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Daskalakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Stamatis Giotas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Petros Moustogiannis made a huge save. After 13 minutes, Nontas Livaditis made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. INTERISTAS's Petros Moustogiannis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nontas Livaditis got free with Petros Moustogiannis in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Stamatis Giotas put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Petros Moustogiannis. Filippos Markos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Petros Moustogiannis came out and tried to block the shot, but Filippos Markos slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 20th minute. A hard shot 23 in the game by Stamatis Giotas from a close distance when the talented Petros Moustogiannis managed to make a qualified save. INTERISTAS's players were relieved. After having played for 24 minutes, Loukas Kakitsis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. INTERISTAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Loukas Kakitsis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vassilis Kaiafas in the 27th minute of play forced AFC Ajax's goalkeeper Menios Moschogiannis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kyriakos Lyberopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Menios Moschogiannis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Menios Moschogiannis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vassilis Kaiafas in the 30th minute of the match. With a little luck, INTERISTAS's Petros Moustogiannis got control of the ball when Stamatis Giotas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Stamatis Giotas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Petros Moustogiannis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Petros Moustogiannis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stamatis Giotas went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. In the 44th match minute, AFC Ajax was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nontas Livaditis to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, INTERISTAS's Petros Moustogiannis got control of the ball when Stamatis Giotas tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vassilis Kaiafas to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marios Amanatidis during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th minute, INTERISTAS's Marios Amanatidis seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Marios Amanatidis the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of INTERISTAS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Marios Amanatidis had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 78 minutes INTERISTAS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stamatis Giotas who took care of the corner kick. A well done corner resulted in Andreas Daskalakis drilling the ball in to score 10-0 behind INTERISTAS's goalkeeper. Petros Moustogiannis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andreas Daskalakis went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. Petros Moustogiannis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fondas Papagiannoulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Andreas Daskalakis put it in 12-0 from a short distance just to the right of Petros Moustogiannis. In the 91st minute Stamatis Giotas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petros Moustogiannis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AFC Ajax had played much better football throughout.
