The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Nikos Kalkavouras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anastasios Christakos was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. ΟΦΗ's Ignatios Brilakis was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 8th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Thanos Kalfoglou fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seahawks V55's protests and gave Thanos Kalfoglou a yellow card for diving instead. Theofanis Marinakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thanos Kalfoglou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anastasios Christakos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikos Kalkavouras, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Anastasios Christakos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ignatios Brilakis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 31 minute of play. When Nikos Kalkavouras came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the ΟΦΗ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nikos Kalkavouras couldn't finish the play. 36 minutes into the match, Babbis Prokos notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Seahawks V55's Anastasios Christakos. Anastasios Christakos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanos Kalfoglou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theofanis Marinakis having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Seahawks V55's goalkeeper Anastasios Christakos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Babbis Prokos. In the 45th minute, Babbis Prokos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ΟΦΗ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Manolis Kalergis to strike the kick off in the second half. Anastasios Christakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Kalkavouras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolis Kalergis in the 55th minute of play forced ΟΦΗ's goalkeeper Theofanis Marinakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Seahawks V55's Manolis Kalergis to fire away a dangerous shot which Theofanis Marinakis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 59 played minutes ΟΦΗ got a freekick which was hit by Nikos Platonidis. After having played for 62 minutes, Giannis Tzanetos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ΟΦΗ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giannis Tzanetos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikos Kalkavouras in the 64th minute of play forced Seahawks V55's goalkeeper Anastasios Christakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, ΟΦΗ's goal looked a bit too open when Manolis Kalergis came free, but Theofanis Marinakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikos Kalkavouras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The ΟΦΗ fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when ΟΦΗ's Nikos Kalkavouras looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Seahawks V55's Anastasios Christakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikos Kalkavouras in the 81st minute of play. ΟΦΗ's Babbis Prokos got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ignatios Brilakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasios Christakos having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ΟΦΗ fully deserved thier win.
