Spectators: 196 (Terracing: 148, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stefan Geling started the match with the kick off. Thomas Schmuck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Geling in the 2nd minute. Dominic Haug charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dominic Haug the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd minute, Dominic Haug hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Poli Timisoara defense, Stefan Geling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomas Schmuck. The Poli Timisoara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomas Schmuck should have stopped the shot. Frederic Gschwendtner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Knoppertz in the 17th minute of the match. With his leg Thomas Schmuck managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when ＫÎＬＬÎＫ's Stefan Geling fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Poli Timisoara's Thomas Schmuck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Rein in the 22nd minute of play. 27 minutes in the game Andy Köhn did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Hugo Moser. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stefan Geling in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomas Schmuck saved Poli Timisoara from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Thomas Schmuck successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Frederic Gschwendtner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Knoppertz, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Frederic Gschwendtner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Gehlen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Thomas Knoppertz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Geling in the 43rd minute of play forced Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Thomas Schmuck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Sebastian Gehlen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thomas Knoppertz was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stefan Geling in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomas Schmuck saved Poli Timisoara from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stefan Geling in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thomas Schmuck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Thomas Knoppertz fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poli Timisoara's protests and gave Thomas Knoppertz a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ＫÎＬＬÎＫ booed when Poli Timisoara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Knoppertz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Poli Timisoara's Thomas Schmuck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Rein in the 57th minute of play. After 61st play minutes Stefan Geling shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Thomas Schmuck and just under the crossbar into goal. Poli Timisoara's Dominic Haug got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67thth minute of the game Stefan Geling who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Poli Timisoara's Thomas Schmuck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Stefan Geling sped through Poli Timisoara's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thomas Schmuck. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sedat Özkan during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, ＫÎＬＬÎＫ's Sedat Özkan got a free kick in the 76th minute. 77 minutes into the match, ＫÎＬＬÎＫ's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Knoppertz came free, but Frederic Gschwendtner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78thth minute of the game Jonas Rein who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Poli Timisoara's Thomas Schmuck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thomas Schmuck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Geling in the 79th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andy Köhn helped the player get up and apologised. After 87 played minutes ＫÎＬＬÎＫ got a freekick which was hit by Andy Köhn. In the 88th minute Thomas Knoppertz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederic Gschwendtner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90thth minute of the game Stefan Geling who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Poli Timisoara's Thomas Schmuck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 92 minutes, Stefan Geling made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Poli Timisoara's Thomas Schmuck tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Geling in the 95th minute of play forced Poli Timisoara's goalkeeper Thomas Schmuck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Gehlen kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. After 96 minutes, Stefan Geling made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Poli Timisoara's Thomas Schmuck tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ＫÎＬＬÎＫ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Poli Timisoara had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
