Spectators: 195 (Terracing: 147, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chudomir Múdrov started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Вежен booed when Maritza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georgi Variyski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Veliko Lanzhev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gercho Mantarkov. Вежен's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Veliko Lanzhev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 11 minutes into the game, Maritza's Marin Nikolkov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gercho Mantarkov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Chudomir Múdrov took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gercho Mantarkov. Gercho Mantarkov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Veliko Lanzhev scored 0-4 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gercho Mantarkov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute, Milan Harabaliev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gercho Mantarkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuncho Alichkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yuri Velkov struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Radko Kostakiev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Вежен. 39 minutes into the match, Chudomir Múdrov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gercho Mantarkov. Вежен's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chudomir Múdrov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Chudomir Múdrov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Gercho Mantarkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Вежен players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Maritza were winning 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yuri Velkov was the one to do the kick off. Marin Nikolkov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Gercho Mantarkov made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Chudomir Múdrov took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Gercho Mantarkov to make any attempt to save it. Maritza's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chudomir Múdrov in the 58th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Maritza's Marin Nikolkov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gercho Mantarkov. That made the score 0-9 after 64 minutes of play. Вежен's Gercho Mantarkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kuncho Alichkov in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Sava Vatrachki notched a goal, 1-9, to the right of Maritza's Radko Kostakiev. Radko Kostakiev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gercho Mantarkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chudomir Múdrov in the 72nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Вежен's Gercho Mantarkov got control of the ball when Marin Nikolkov tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 78 minutes, Marin Nikolkov made it 1-10 with a short kick to the right side. Вежен's Gercho Mantarkov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Chudomir Múdrov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gercho Mantarkov. That made the score 1-11 in the 83 minute of play. In the 86th minute Yuri Velkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radko Kostakiev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radko Kostakiev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sava Vatrachki, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. With a little luck, Вежен's Gercho Mantarkov got control of the ball when Radul Prokopiev tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gercho Mantarkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chudomir Múdrov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Вежен fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Maritza were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
