In the 17th minute Rusi Kerenski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lazar Stanoev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivo Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asparuh Bubov, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Pedro Souza did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Lazar Stanoev 19 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asparuh Bubov in the 25th minute of play forced ПФК Миньор Раднево's goalkeeper Ivo Faria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lazar Stanoev was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Rusi Kerenski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rusi Kerenski really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. After having played for 30 minutes, Tzanko Bogatev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 45 played minutes Pedro Souza rounded Tigers of Bistritsa's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.
