Steven Gerard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emil Filev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, FC Builder Sofia's goal looked a bit too open when Kuzman Tzankov came free, but Emil Filev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Filev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuzman Tzankov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute of the match ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг got a corner. FC Builder Sofia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Karamfil Tutev ran over to the corner to take the kick. Steven Gerard took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emil Filev. Emil Filev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Kasper Schmeichel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velcho Kararizov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuzman Tzankov in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Builder Sofia's goalkeeper Emil Filev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emil Filev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steven Gerard, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг's Kasper Schmeichel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг from getting a goal against them. The supporters of ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг booed when FC Builder Sofia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Slavey Alamanov didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Steven Gerards short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Emil Filev to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 84 in the game by Steven Gerard from a close distance when the talented Emil Filev managed to make a qualified save. FC Builder Sofia's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuzman Tzankov in the 97th minute of play forced FC Builder Sofia's goalkeeper Emil Filev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ПАРТИЗАН Червен бряг played a much better game than FC Builder Sofia and deserved their victory. The FC Builder Sofia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
