The audience thought a goal was coming when Andy Jackson got free with Juha Jokiranta in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juha Jokiranta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pietari Jaakkola, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Manchester United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pietari Jaakkola came free, but Juha Jokiranta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manchester United FC's Juha Jokiranta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Jackson in the 31st minute of play. Auno Puranen's late challenge caught a Manchester United FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Auno Puranen helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kultapossukerho getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Auno Puranen hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Kultapossukerho's Pietari Jaakkola ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Juha Jokiranta. Juha Jokiranta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 40th minute, Erik Cantona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erik Cantona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Erik Cantona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elbert Hand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Kultapossukerho's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Cantona came free, but Elbert Hand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elbert Hand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Cantona in the 59th minute of the match. Juha Jokiranta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pietari Jaakkola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Joel Palolahti notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Manchester United FC's Juha Jokiranta. Juha Jokiranta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Juha Jokiranta came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Kultapossukerho's Andy Jackson. But to his dismay, Andy Jackson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Juha Jokiranta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veikka Koskinen in the 75th minute of the match. Kultapossukerho's Jonni Laaksonen was substituted for Salomo Kiviharju. Juha Jokiranta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Jackson in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Erik Cantona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elbert Hand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pietari Jaakkola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juha Jokiranta having to interfere.
