Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Elmar Brink got the match started through his kick off. Simon Vogelsang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lukas Podolski in the 8th minute. Simon Vogelsang was a little too slow when Kuno Wittwer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. Simon Vogelsang was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Johannes Bernlöhr showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. In the 27th minute, Reşit Selman fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as FC 08 Brühl's Lukas Podolski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Simon Vogelsang. That made the score 3-0 after 28 minutes of play. Simon Vogelsang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lukas Podolski in the 38th minute. Dieter Kapelle charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dieter Kapelle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dieter Kapelle kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes TSV Delliehausen got a freekick which was hit by Finn Seel. 42 minutes into the game, Lukas Podolski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Simon Vogelsang. Lukas Podolski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. The supporters of TSV Delliehausen booed when FC 08 Brühl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Percy Baxmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC 08 Brühl's zone, Milenko Antermann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rurik Ellinghaus came out of the goal and Milenko Antermann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmus Kammholz in the 52nd minute of play forced TSV Delliehausen's goalkeeper Simon Vogelsang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of TSV Delliehausen booed when FC 08 Brühl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reşit Selman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erasmus Kammholz hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 63 played minutes FC 08 Brühl got a freekick which was hit by Percy Baxmann. The supporters of TSV Delliehausen booed when FC 08 Brühl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmus Kammholz didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to TSV Delliehausen getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Milenko Antermann hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the match, Johannes Bernlöhr had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simon Vogelsang. TSV Delliehausen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johannes Bernlöhr was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 75 minutes into the game, Percy Baxmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Simon Vogelsang was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Reşit Selman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Vogelsang having to interfere. Knud Schröder lost his temper 88 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 87th minute, one of TSV Delliehausen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for TSV Delliehausen. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for FC 08 Brühl. Erasmus Kammholz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Simon Vogelsang. 7-0. Simon Vogelsang came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by FC 08 Brühl's Kuno Wittwer. But to his dismay, Kuno Wittwer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC 08 Brühl fully deserved thier win.
