Tyron Gerhardt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Piotr Diepgen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Kraus in the 8th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johannes-Paul Heite in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Theodor Lauf saved Ulfa FSV from getting behind. Milan Schrag lost his temper 13 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Ulfa FSV getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Milan Schrag hit a great ball. It was beautiful to see Buffalo Bills's Mathias Frisse in action when he in the 15th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 16th minute, Tarik Enderle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Theodor Lauf was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Philip Glass hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Theodor Lauf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes-Paul Heite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Thorsten Schönberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 played minutes, Buffalo Bills's Ole Meul shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Theodor Lauf came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Buffalo Bills reached it. Thanks to some nice moves Erno Breitenstein could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Piotr Diepgen however easily saved by the left post. Piotr Diepgen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Philip Glass in the 32nd minute of the match. Tyron Gerhardt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Piotr Diepgen made a huge save. Immanuel Mölber's late challenge caught a Ulfa FSV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Immanuel Mölber helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Buffalo Bills's Immanuel Mölber got a free kick in the 37th minute. Theodor Lauf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ole Meul, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. If Tyron Gerhardt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Buffalo Bills getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Immanuel Mölber hit a great ball. Buffalo Bills's Piotr Diepgen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Buffalo Bills from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Ulfa FSV booed when Buffalo Bills was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Immanuel Mölber didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Johannes-Paul Heite stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 71 minutes into the game, Thorsten Schönberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ulfa FSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Buffalo Bills the free kick. A collision led to Ulfa FSV getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Thorsten Schönberg hit a great ball. Johannes-Paul Heite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Theodor Lauf made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorsten Schönberg in the 79th minute of play forced Buffalo Bills's goalkeeper Piotr Diepgen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 82nd minute of the match Immanuel Mölber completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Immanuel Mölber a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Ulfa FSV booed when Buffalo Bills was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Immanuel Mölber didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ole Meul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Johannes-Paul Heite fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buffalo Bills's protests and gave Johannes-Paul Heite a yellow card for diving instead. 90 minutes into the match, Buffalo Bills's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Dix came free, but Piotr Diepgen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A very nice done corner allowed Josef Hoff to score against Theodor Lauf in Ulfa FSV's goal. 2-3 after 95 minutes. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Buffalo Bills walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
