Piotr Diepgen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfred Klimke, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. If Josef Hoff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tarik Enderle came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Buffalo Bills fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tarik Enderle couldn't finish the play. Willi Hecker kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute Manfred Klimke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Diepgen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Ken Saur lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Piotr Diepgen. Manfred Klimke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Piotr Diepgen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Piotr Diepgen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfred Klimke in the 41st minute of play. In the 46th minute, Kuno Zellier had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 46 minutes into the game, Josef Hoff was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buffalo Bills's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Spandauer Rain Kings the free kick. Josef Hoff kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

Johannes-Paul Heite came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jacob Kobel could save by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Ole Meul managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buffalo Bills's supporters rose to their feet, but Ole Meul was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacob Kobel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Buffalo Bills's Piotr Diepgen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abbo Ditsche in the 54th minute of play. Tarik Enderle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jacob Kobel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfred Krentzel's late challenge caught a Buffalo Bills's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfred Krentzel helped the player get up and apologised. Alfred Krentzel hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Spandauer Rain Kings's zone, Ole Meul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacob Kobel came out of the goal and Ole Meul tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Ole Meul managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buffalo Bills's supporters rose to their feet, but Ole Meul was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacob Kobel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 78 minutes into the match, Buffalo Bills's goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Klimke came free, but Piotr Diepgen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Josef Hoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Rik Lanfermann dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jacob Kobel, 1-1. Jacob Kobel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ole Meul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Spandauer Rain Kings's zone, Tarik Enderle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl Denz kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. After 97 minutes of play Spandauer Rain Kings's Alfred Krentzel was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Spandauer Rain Kings's Alfred Krentzel got a free kick in the 98th minute. In the 99th minute Ole Meul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Kobel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Spandauer Rain Kings fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Buffalo Bills were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
