The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ronald Breitbücher kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's Laurent Frister played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ellis Thierse in the 5th minute of play. Evert Heremans kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. If Anton Galen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's Laurent Frister proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin's goal looked a bit too open when Ellis Thierse came free, but Laurent Frister reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laurent Frister took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Heremans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matteo Kasseckert charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matteo Kasseckert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Laurent Frister showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Heremans, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. De Gulden Draak's Ellis Thierse got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the game, De Gulden Draak's Ronald Breitbücher nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laurent Frister made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After a rather tough play, De Gulden Draak's Fox Abendroth got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the match, De Gulden Draak's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Langmaier came free, but Ismail Köhler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 played minutes De Gulden Draak got a freekick which was hit by Ludwig Rebell. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jan Langmaier was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, De Gulden Draak's Ronald Breitbücher nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laurent Frister made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After 55 minutes, Gert Porsche mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Gulden Draak and the SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gert Porsche kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Herwig Fricke hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Laurent Frister came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by De Gulden Draak's Evert Heremans. But to his dismay, Evert Heremans quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. If Ellis Thierse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the game, De Gulden Draak's Evert Heremans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laurent Frister made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Evert Heremans succeeded in the game's 80th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. In the 83rd match minute, SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herwig Fricke to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute, Evert Heremans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The De Gulden Draak fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Ellis Thierse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Laurent Frister tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 minutes, Ellis Thierse mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Gulden Draak and the SC Wacker 04 e.V. Berlin players grew even worse after the yellow card. When SC Wacker 04 e.V.
