The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benjamin Doleček was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Libor Kozler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guto Jacinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luděk Kareš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, AFC Cherries's Luděk Kareš sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mario Šlégr narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, AFC Cherries's goal looked a bit too open when Silvestr Bastl came free, but Guto Jacinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvestr Bastl hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. František Jakubec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Mario Šlégr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SK Slavia Bohnice had won after a very even match.
