After recieving a nice pass, Club Sportiv Medgidia's Sebastian Matei tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augustin Horea in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ion Chificeac prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 5 minutes, Augustin Horea made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Alex Team's Ion Chificeac tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Augustin Horea came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Club Sportiv Medgidia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augustin Horea couldn't finish the play. 김 즙 took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicu Arghirescu. Nicu Arghirescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With a little luck, Alex Team's Ion Chificeac got control of the ball when Augustin Horea tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 31st minute, Afriz Cheng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ion Chificeac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Horea in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Club Sportiv Medgidia's Flavius Băieșu got a free kick in the 39th minute. Adam Abrudan took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicu Arghirescu. Nicu Arghirescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 김 즙 to make the kick off. Alex Team's Ion Chificeac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stelian Hulubei in the 51st minute of play. In the 57th minute, Adam Abrudan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nicu Arghirescu. The goal made the score 1-3. Nicu Arghirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornel Bodiu in the 61st minute of play. Club Sportiv Medgidia's Nicu Arghirescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Sportiv Medgidia from getting a goal against them. Nicu Arghirescu was a little too slow when 김 즙 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-4. In the 72nd minute, Ştefan Alupulesei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Alex Team left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Sportiv Medgidia.
