Mircea Ghișe lost his temper 3 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in -ARD-Milan rEvolution fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Stiinta-Univ. a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Horaţiu Corduneanu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of -ARD-Milan rEvolution's Florin Bolborici. 0-1. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Cazimir Pânzaru sped through -ARD-Milan rEvolution's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Florin Bolborici. After a defensive mix-up in -ARD-Milan rEvolution's zone, Aristide Pupăzan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florin Bolborici came out of the goal and Aristide Pupăzan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, Manole Gherguț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute of the match Horaţiu Corduneanu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florin Bolborici skillfully saved the ball. 26 minutes into the match, -ARD-Milan rEvolution's goal looked a bit too open when Aristide Pupăzan came free, but Florin Bolborici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Aristide Pupăzan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 32 minutes, Cazimir Pânzaru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stiinta-Univ.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cazimir Pânzaru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, -ARD-Milan rEvolution's goal looked a bit too open when Aristide Pupăzan came free, but Florin Bolborici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horaţiu Corduneanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Florin Bolborici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aristide Pupăzan succeeded in the game's 48th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Aristide Pupăzan made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th match minute, -ARD-Milan rEvolution was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel Lamru to maneuver through the defense. Florin Bolborici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristide Pupăzan in the 60th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, -ARD-Milan rEvolution's goal looked a bit too open when Aristide Pupăzan came free, but Florin Bolborici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionuț Vrejiu in the 67th minute of play forced Stiinta-Univ.'s goalkeeper Denis Ghee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Stiinta-Univ.'s Aristide Pupăzan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Florin Bolborici. Florin Bolborici yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. If Aristide Pupăzan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th match minute, -ARD-Milan rEvolution was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel Lamru to maneuver through the defense. Horaţiu Corduneanu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Florin Bolborici. -ARD-Milan rEvolution's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Manole Gherguț kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Florin Bolborici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristide Pupăzan in the 84th minute of the match. Florin Bolborici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristide Pupăzan in the 87th minute of play. Florin Bolborici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristide Pupăzan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristide Pupăzan in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florin Bolborici prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aristide Pupăzan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florin Bolborici having to interfere. Cazimir Pânzaru received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Florin Bolborici came out and tried to block the shot, but Cazimir Pânzaru slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 98th minute. Stiinta-Univ.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
