When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Călin Pătrășconiu sped through Cavalerii Viola's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gabriel Arieșan. If Călin Pătrășconiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Călin Pătrășconiu sped through Cavalerii Viola's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gabriel Arieșan. David Cazimir hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Călin Pătrășconiu might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabriel Arieșan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Călin Pătrășconiu ran back to his position shaking his head. 15 minutes into the match, Călin Pătrășconiu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gabriel Arieșan. Cavalerii Viola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Călin Pătrășconiu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Gabriel Arieșan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panait Vişoiu in the 19th minute of play. Gabriel Arieșan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Gotfryd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Cavalerii Viola's Dinu Talianu got a free kick in the 27th minute. Gabriel Arieșan came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by GoalHunters's Călin Pătrășconiu. But to his dismay, Călin Pătrășconiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Daniel Jienescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remus Vrejiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When GoalHunters's Călin Pătrășconiu in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cavalerii Viola's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rd minute Călin Pătrășconiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Arieșan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Uncheşelu in the 45th minute of play forced GoalHunters's goalkeeper Daniel Jienescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Călin Pătrășconiu was the one to do the kick off. Cavalerii Viola's Gabriel Arieșan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Cavalerii Viola from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Cavalerii Viola's Gabriel Arieșan got control of the ball when Călin Pătrășconiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Călin Pătrășconiu in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Arieșan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Cavalerii Viola booed when GoalHunters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octav Stoicescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Călin Pătrășconiu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gabriel Arieșan. Cavalerii Viola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Călin Pătrășconiu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Ahmet İlke Develi charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet İlke Develi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Cavalerii Viola's Ahmet İlke Develi got a free kick in the 71st minute. Vintilă Vâtcu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gabriel Arieșan. Cavalerii Viola's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 73 minutes of play, GoalHunters's Panait Vişoiu made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gabriel Arieșan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Radomil Gotfryd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Gotfryd in the 78th minute of play forced Cavalerii Viola's goalkeeper Gabriel Arieșan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Radomil Gotfryd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gabriel Arieșan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Călin Pătrășconiu in the 83rd minute of play. GoalHunters were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Cavalerii Viola's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vintilă Vâtcu took the corner. 88 minutes into the match, Cavalerii Viola's goal looked a bit too open when Călin Pătrășconiu came free, but Gabriel Arieșan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Călin Pătrășconiu in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Arieșan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When GoalHunters's Călin Pătrășconiu in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cavalerii Viola's goalie prevented a goal.
