Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Petru Pamfil made the kick off which started today's match. Gelu Brăescu kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Petru Pamfil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Dino Zoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Cormoranii -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Şumălan came free, but Dino Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cormoranii -MM-'s Dino Zoff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicodim Vătăşel in the 17th minute of play. Manuel Negru's late challenge caught a -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Negru helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of -BZF- Viitorul Buzau booed when Cormoranii -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Negru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petru Pamfil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Dino Zoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28thth minute of the game Ferdinand Şumălan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cormoranii -MM-'s Dino Zoff was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dino Zoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Şumălan, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cormoranii -MM-'s zone, Ferdinand Şumălan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dino Zoff came out of the goal and Ferdinand Şumălan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute Ferdinand Şumălan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Zoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 36 minutes, Petru Pamfil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petru Pamfil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Cormoranii -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Şumălan came free, but Dino Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dino Zoff stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petru Pamfil's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Dino Zoff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petru Pamfil in the 44th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's zone, Vintilă Hălmăgeanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduard Angheloiu came out of the goal and Vintilă Hălmăgeanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Vintilă Hălmăgeanu made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicodim Vătăşel in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Zoff saved Cormoranii -MM- from getting behind. A collision led to -BZF- Viitorul Buzau getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Vali Piţurcă hit a great ball. During the 65th minute of the match Vali Piţurcă completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Vali Piţurcă a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Petru Pamfil took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Dino Zoff to make any attempt to save it. In the 78th minute of the match Ferdinand Şumălan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dino Zoff showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nicodim Vătăşel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Zoff having to interfere. Nicodim Vătăşel charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicodim Vătăşel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to -BZF- Viitorul Buzau getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Nicodim Vătăşel hit a great ball. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Eduard Angheloiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Ologu in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petru Pamfil in the 95th minute of play forced Cormoranii -MM-'s goalkeeper Dino Zoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
