Ernest Cazimir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petru Pamfil in the 7th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Narcis Dragalina during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ernest Cazimir stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petru Pamfil's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Ferdinand Şumălan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Ernest Cazimir made a huge save. After 27 minutes Simared -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ferdinand Şumălan who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's corner Ferdinand Şumălan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ernest Cazimir quite easily take care of the ball. Ernest Cazimir made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Ferdinand Şumălan sent off a good shot on target. Alex Purcaru took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eduard Angheloiu. Eduard Angheloiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petru Pamfil in the 43rd minute of play forced Simared -MM-'s goalkeeper Ernest Cazimir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cazimir Curteanu made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Ferdinand Şumălan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Cazimir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernest Cazimir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vali Piţurcă in the 54th minute of play. Vali Piţurcă kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Olimpiu Breazu hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 61st match minute, Simared -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valer Tonegaru to maneuver through the defense. Ernest Cazimir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Şumălan, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Nicodim Vătăşel put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ernest Cazimir. Simared -MM-'s Ivan Stolniceanu was substituted for Martin Necula. 71 minutes into the game, Eric Arghirescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Simared -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave -BZF- Viitorul Buzau the free kick.
