Spectators: 167 (Terracing: 126, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Andrei Davidescu kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Fanaticii's zone, Sorin Răduța stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Giurcă came out of the goal and Sorin Răduța tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cătălin Creteanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Emanuel Giurcă made a huge save. After a rather tough play, FC Fanaticii's Dragoş Pivniceru got a free kick in the 9th minute. Constantin Mareș hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After 14 minutes, Ernest Poplăcean mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Fanaticii and the The Valar players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute Gandalf Grey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Giurcă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Valar were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after FC Fanaticii's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Claudiu Becheanu took the corner. The corner ended in Claudiu Becheanu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Fanaticii's Emanuel Giurcă did a great save. Emanuel Giurcă made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Gandalf Grey sent off a good shot on target. Andrei Davidescu in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emanuel Giurcă, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Marius Ganea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FC Fanaticii getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Marius Măgură hit a great ball. Andrei Davidescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Olimpiu Postelnicescu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Emanuel Giurcă, passed just outside the right post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marius Măgură stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54th play minutes Andrei Davidescu shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Emanuel Giurcă and just under the crossbar into goal. Emanuel Giurcă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrei Davidescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrei Davidescu in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emanuel Giurcă prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gandalf Grey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gandalf Grey in the 67th minute of play forced FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Emanuel Giurcă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Fanaticii's Emanuel Giurcă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Davidescu in the 72nd minute of play. If Andrei Davidescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Giurcă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrei Davidescu in the 79th minute of the match. Iosif Vladimirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Măgură in the 80th minute of play. Olimpiu Postelnicescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When The Valar's Andrei Davidescu in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Fanaticii's goalie prevented a goal. When Marius Măgură fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Fanaticii's protests and gave Marius Măgură a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th minute, Marius Măgură hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Giurcă came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by The Valar's Andrei Davidescu. But to his dismay, Andrei Davidescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 93rd minute, Marius Măgură hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Valar's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
