Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vasile Barbonța started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Vasile Barbonța shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Vladimirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 6 minutes, Gandalf Grey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Valar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gandalf Grey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andrei Davidescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Güralp Zümer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, The Valar's Sorin Răduța got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 14th minute Andrei Davidescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güralp Zümer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Andrei Davidescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Güralp Zümer was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Andrei Davidescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cătălin Creteanu charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cătălin Creteanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Güralp Zümer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrei Davidescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of UFC Tariverde booed when The Valar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cătălin Creteanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Andrei Davidescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Güralp Zümer was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrei Davidescu in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Güralp Zümer saved UFC Tariverde from getting behind. Andrei Davidescu scored 0-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Güralp Zümer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 39 minutes into the match, UFC Tariverde's goal looked a bit too open when Andrei Davidescu came free, but Güralp Zümer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sorin Răduța charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sorin Răduța the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 44 minutes into the match, The Valar's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Ramos came free, but Iosif Vladimirescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrei Davidescu was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrei Davidescu in the 52nd minute of play forced UFC Tariverde's goalkeeper Güralp Zümer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, UFC Tariverde's Dacian Lupescu got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd match minute, The Valar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cătălin Creteanu to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, one of The Valar:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for The Valar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrei Davidescu got free with Güralp Zümer in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, UFC Tariverde's Dacian Lupescu got a free kick in the 70th minute. Güralp Zümer made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Cătălin Creteanu sent off a good shot on target. Andrei Davidescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Güralp Zümer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gandalf Grey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to The Valar getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Sorin Răduța hit a great ball. Vasile Barbonța received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Iosif Vladimirescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute André Alin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Vladimirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cătălin Creteanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Güralp Zümer made a huge save. The Valar's Iosif Vladimirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Barbonța in the 88th minute of play. Francisc Prezan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 95 minutes into the match. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for UFC Tariverde! When the match had been going on for 98 minutes, The Valar's Claudiu Becheanu got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Güralp Zümer. The The Valar players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
